Creating a new brand identity for the real estate agency Tobi Real was a challenge and a great experience. We love working with clients who know what they want to achieve. Our main goal in this cooperation was to create a brand that would reflect the young spirit of the company, but also the experience of the founders, stability and joy of progress and growth in the market.
In this cooperation we were focused on creating complete brand identity, professional photo and video content. Besides that, we were reliable partners in defining marketing strategies for their pilot development projects.
Our goals:
• brochures for investors, ad banners, business cards etc.
• increase awareness of the company in the real estate market
• real estate agency operating mainly in the east Slovakia
• communicate with target audience on social media
• create promotional materials
• manage ad campaigns to present development projects
Outcome:
During our cooperation we managed to create brand identity, which reflects advantages of the real estate agency. Brand identity is represented by green color. The main graphic element is an alone standing tree, which represents stability, strength, and solid background. Final brand identity is comprehensive and has variable options.
Symbol of a tree refers to tradition and vitality. Its massive crown symbolizes feeling of a family. The stylized symbol of the house, planted in the heart of the tree, reminds a feeling of coziness and home. Logo can be used in several color variations.
Besides that, for our client we covered business cards and other offline promotional material.
We managed to improve the company's overall communication with its target audience on social media platforms. The proof of that is an increase in profile traffic and increase in followers.

We organized professional photo and video production. We then used this material for creating content for ad
campaigns targeted at raising brand awareness in the real estate market and among the public.

We managed to set up long-term plan for strengthening brand identity and building strong positioning. Great tool for achieving this was undoubtedly YouTube channel.
